How to get to AEC Village Vacances Les Cedres

We will arrange transfers from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport on Monday 8th October and will notify all delegates of the times by email.  If you need to make your own way to the hotel, please read the information below.

Bus
The bus to Grasse does not depart from the bus terminal next to the airport.  Instead, you should walk to the main road outside the airport and then cross the road, as the bus stop is on the other side (see map below).  The 500 service bus departs approximately every 40 minutes and takes approximately one hour to get to Grasse.  It is a good idea to ask the driver to let you know when the bus reaches the Grasse terminal.  Tickets cost €1.50 and can only be purchased from the driver when boarding the bus.  Please click here to view more information on bus times.

We will do our best to arrange for you to be collected at the bus terminal/railway station in Grasse and will send you further information by email if this has been arranged for you.  Alternatively, you can order a local taxi (see below) to take you the short distance to the hotel.

Train
If you take the train to Grasse station, we will do our best to arrange for you to be collected at the bus terminal/station and will send you further information by email if this has been arranged for you.  Alternatively, you can order a local taxi (see below) to take you the short distance to the hotel.

Taxi
There will be taxis available outside the airport, however it will more cost-effective to pre-book.  You could try: https://www.taxiniceairport.com/ or https://www.hoppa.com/en

If you are interested in sharing a taxi or private transfer with another delegate, please email us at NF-kappaB@in-conference.org.uk  and we will assist if we can.

If arriving at the train or bus station in Grasse, if you are not being collected by the hotel, you can contact a local taxi company:
Allo Gerard Taxi – +33 6 72 62 84 47

Driving

“L’Alambic” follow Grasse Center
“Les quatre chemins” follow Grasse Center
“Les chasseurs alpins” follow Courthouse
“Le sud” follow Magagnosc (if the road is blocked, take the Courthouse route and stay on the road to left then go up on the left following Magagnosc)
“Ste Marthe” follow Magagnosc, we are just after the Eiffel bridge on the right.

Or follow the red and white hotel signs “V. Cedar Holidays”.

Free parking is available at the hotel.
